Basic Paint Party Info

All painting materials are provided by the artist, including canvas, easel, palette, water cup, paper towels, paint, aprons, and paint brushes.
If you prefer a specific canvas size, you’re welcome to provide your own.

Seating for attendees is to be provided by the host.

Most importantly—relax, let go, and have fun! You’ll love it, Picasso 😊🎨

Pricing

Private Paint Party Rates

up to15 guests: $45 per person
16 or more guests: $40 per person
Seniors & Students: $30 per person

Minimum booking fee: $300

Rates include guided instruction, all standard painting supplies, and setup/cleanup.

Payment & Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total booking fee is required two (2) weeks prior to the event to secure your booking date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to the start of the session.

Accepted payment methods:
Cash, e-transfer, Zelle, and PayPal.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

The deposit is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 90 days, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit.

In the rare event that Crafted by Grant must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
